وَمِمَّنْ خَلَقْنَا أُمَّةٌ يَهْدُونَ بِالْحَقِّ وَبِهِ يَعْدِلُونَ ﴿١٨١﴾

181. Of those We have created are people who direct (others) with truth, and dispense justice therewith.

Transliteration Wa mimman khalaqna_ ummatuy yahdu_na bil haqqi wa bihi ya'dilu_n(a).

Asad’s translation:

7:181

Now, among those whom We have created there are people who guide [others] in the way of the truth and act justly in its light. 147

And of those whom We created there is a nation who guide with the Truth and establish justice therewith.

Asad’s comments:

147 Sc, "and they will be rewarded accordingly". See verse 159 above, where the righteous "among the folk of Moses" are thus described. In this verse, the reference is broadened to include the righteous of all times and communities - that is, all those who are receptive to God's messages and live up to them by virtue of their conviction that God is the Ultimate Reality.
