A good reference is our website in which, Alhamdulillah, we have uploaded about 8,000 files containing Quranic verses, their meanings and the detail explanations or ‘Tafsir’ by both contemporary and/or classical commentators. If you check under the caption About God and then search for the sub-category God is Beyond Human Comprehension, open the folder by clicking on it, you should see 4 files that lay down God’s attributes as Al-Ghayb ( beyond human perception), Latiful Khabir ( unfathomable), etc. Please note that most of the translators mistakenly translated the Arabic word Al-Ghayb as ‘Unseen’. However see Asad’s translation and notes on verse 3, Sura Baqarah, as Beyond Human Perception. He explained why the meaning of Al-Ghayb is not Unseen. Amatulla’s notes further explain why Beyond Human Perception is the right meaning of Al-Ghayb.
